#018 Indecent Exposure/Found Missing Person
At 11:42 a.m., officers were sent to the area of Fremont Blvd and Peralta Blvd to investigate a suspicious circumstance of an indecent exposure where a male reportedly had his pants around his ankles. When officers arrived, the male was fully clothed.  The reporting party was not available for contact, so officers were unable to substantiate the indecent exposure.  Officers discovered the male was a reported missing person from Oakland.  Officer Ehling learned it was voluntarily and he was released on his own to care for himself.

#017 Petty Theft
At 9:12 a.m., Officer Tsai was dispatched to investigate a petty theft on the 38600 block of Waterside Circle.  A storage unit on the premise of the property was broken into sometime during the night.   The reporting party said this was the 4th such incident and the loss was estimated at approximately $500.00.

#014 Trespassing
Officers were sent to the Shell gas station on Grimmer Blvd on the report of a female subject causing a disturbance and throwing things around.  At one point she took off her pants to show the reporting party her behind.  Officers Dennis and Madsen arrive and at the end of their investigation, the female is issued a trespass notice warning.

#026 Warrant Arrest
Officer LaStrape initiated a traffic stop at near the shopping center in Brookvale and arrests a 62 year old adult male for vehicle code violation related warrants warrant. He was booked at FPD Jail.

#044 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officer Gigliotti conducted a pedestrian stop on two males on Fremont Blvd at Bayview Dr.  One of the men, a 39 year old, was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.  The male was cited.

#009 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest
Officer Collins stopped a 54 year old adult male, Fremont resident at Washington Blvd and Roberts Ave.  The male was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

#012 Warrant Arrest
Officers were sent to Tamayo and Brookvale Ct on the report of a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk.  Once officers arrive they learn the tired individual he has an active arrest warrant.  He is arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail.

#019 Package Theft
At 10:49 a.m., officers were dispatched to investigate a package theft from a porch on the 40200 block of Laiolo Rd.  The suspect is described as a skinny white female wearing a black hat with “Security” written in yellow letters.  There was video of the incident and officers are following up with the evidence.  The loss was described as an unknown baby gift.

#020 Arson Arrest
At 1:28 p.m., Officer Collins noticed shrubbery on fire on the northwest intersection of Fremont Blvd and Walnut Ave.  Officer Collins stopped to investigate and approached a female.  While Officers Collins spoke to the female, three additional officers arrived and attempted to extinguish the flames with fire extinguishers but were unsuccessful.  Fremont Fire arrived on scene a few minutes later and put out the vegetation fire.  A 41 year old adult female, Fremont resident was arrested for arson.
 
#026 Stolen Vehicle 
A victim called to report their vehicle was stolen from Club Sport.  The victim used a cell phone app to locate the vehicle as it drove on Grimmer Blvd near Davis St.  Officer Madsen and Sgt. Mahboobi located the vehicle near Ogden Dr.  The vehicle yielded and stopped along the curb.  When police personnel stepped out of their patrol vehicles, the stolen vehicle with three occupants fled.  A pursuit was initiated.  During the pursuit, the stolen vehicle collided with a curb and the right front wheel broke free from the vehicle’s suspension.  The stolen vehicle drove on three wheels through the neighborhood. Officers successfully used a pursuit intervention technique (PIT maneuver) in the area of Stevenson Blvd near Sundale Dr. to stop the vehicle.  The 19 year old driver, a 19 year old passenger and a juvenile were all arrested.

#006 Public Intoxication Arrest
At 8:11 a.m., officers responded to the 39000 block of Argonaut Way regarding a transient male who was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave a restaurant.  Further information was the male was drinking a bottle of wine.  Officer Lobue arrested a 38 year old adult male Fremont resident for being drunk in public. 

#008 Warrant Arrest
At 9:26 a.m., Officer Carter was conducting a security check at the Extended Stay Motel (Mission Blvd) when he arrested a 28 year old adult male, San Jose resident for an out of county traffic warrant.  

#004 Armed Robbery
At 7:09 a.m., a customer calls dispatch about a suspicious male entering the Walgreens store on the 2600 block of Mowry Ave.  Another caller says the male is armed with a gun.  Several FPD units arrive and determine a robbery has just taken place.  The suspect is described as an adult male with a dark complexion wearing a black hoodie that was pulled tight over his head.  The loss was medication.  No vehicle seen. 

#003 Mental Health Evaluation
At approximately 6:50 a.m., a reporting party calls about an unknown male in a backyard of a residence acting strange on Hazelwood Dr.  Officer Koehler responds and places the male on a mental hold.  

#020 Assault with a Deadly Weapon
At 3:11 p.m., Officer J. Kennedy responded to the 4900 block of Stevenson Blvd to investigate an assault with a deadly weapon case. A 29 year old adult male is arrested for striking a male victim in the head with a beer bottle.  

#025 Warrant Service
Officers were dispatched to the Public Storage on Peralta Blvd. concerning suspicious activity.  The reporting party called FPD due to several burglaries and felt the suspicious persons near the storage unit could be related to the recent activity.  Officers contact a 28 year old adult female and arrest her for a warrant out of SFPD.

#002 DUI Arrest
At 1:24 a.m., Officer Burns stopped a vehicle that ran a red traffic signal at a high rate of speed.  The driver, a 31 year old adult male Fremont resident was arrested for DUI near Fremont Blvd. and Country
Dr.

#005 Stolen Vehicle
Officers responded to a stolen vehicle call near Ibero and Beretta.  A victim’s Chevy S-10 was taken without permission and last seen fleeing south.  About 30 minutes later, Officer Gerber located the vehicle on I680 near the Mission Blvd off-ramp (south).  Officers caught up and a traffic stop was attempted near I680 and Landess Ave in Milpitas.  A short pursuit ensued and when the suspect tried to enter the freeway onramp the wrong direction, a PIT maneuver was used which stopped the vehicle.  The suspect foot bailed and ran into heavy foliage.  A K9 search was conducted but the suspect was not located.  Investigation handled by Officer K. Samayoa.

#017 Stolen Vehicle 
Community Service Officer Anders responded to the Southlake Mobile Home Park to investigate a stolen vehicle report.  A 2007 Mercedes (CA license # 7WTN613) was taken during the nighttime hours after the owner had left the car/house keys in the outer exterior door lock.  Another vehicle in the victim’s driveway had a passenger window smashed out but no loss from the vehicle.   

#018 Unlicensed Driver 
Officer Blanchet conducted a traffic stop at Mowry Ave, and Civic Center Dr.  A 23 year old adult male was contacted and issued a citation for driving while unlicensed.

#004 DUI Arrest
While working DUI saturation patrol at 11:58 a.m., Officers Wong and Dubowy arrested a 46 year old adult male, Fremont resident for DUI near Fremont and Auto Mall Pkwy.
