As the warmer weather approaches the Dearborn Police Department has typically seen an increase in larcenies from unlocked motor vehicles.  We are reminding all residents and visitors to be vigilant in securing their vehicles and property when their vehicles are left unattended.  Most larcenies are crimes of opportunity and securing your vehicle and contents is the best deterrent.
