Subject: Armed Home Invasion
On May 23 (Tuesday), at 11:29 PM, the Sun Prairie Police Department responded to a report of an armed home invasion at 1125 Chicory Way. Three male subjects armed with firearms entered the residence and confronted the occupants. There was one minor injury during the incident.
The subjects fled the address in a light colored vehicle. No further description of the subjects or vehicle is available. The details indicate that this is a targeted event specific to the people involved. It is believed that the incident is drug related. Investigators are looking into a potential connection to the home invasion reported on May 13 on Andrews Drive.
