We've gotten a few calls lately where paving scam artists are starting to show back up in the area.
These people claim they have left over materials from a project they were doing on the highway or other road and offer to repave a driveway at a good price because they are trying to use up the materials.
While they may actually complete all or some work, they tend to greatly overcharge for the project (often several thousand dollars). They may not complete the work, or do a poor job as well.
Just be alert of this, and any other scams. If you're looking to have work done, contact a reputable company with information you find on their official website. Also check with the BBB for any other information on any companies in question.
