05/01/17 WTPD arrested Austin Peters, age 18, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a $200.00 outstanding warrant out of Alpha. On 05/01/17 at approximately 8:21 PM, patrol responded to a noise complaint at the Washington Borough Park. Upon the officers arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Peters was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was in possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date

05/03/17 WTPD arrested Haley Ramirez, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/03/17 at approximately 1:29 AM, patrol observed Ms. Ramirez expose her breast in the 1st block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Ms. Ramirez was arrested without incident and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/03/17 WTPD arrested Robert Jelks, age 52, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $150.00 outstanding warrant out of Woodbridge. On 05/03/17 at approximately 4:24 PM, patrol responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Jelks was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released after posting bail.
05/03/17 WTPD arrested Robert Wood, age 36, of Washington, NJ for aggravated assault, simple assault, obstruction of the administration of justice, unlawful possession of a weapon (knife), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, hindering apprehension , criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Mr. Wood was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

05/04/17 WTPD arrested Elmer Poyer, age 62, of Oxford, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/04/17 at approximately 7:15 PM, patrol responded to a complaint of a man urinating next to the Family Dollar, 30 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. Upon the officers’ arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Poyer was charged with a local ordinance. He was processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

05/04/17 WTPD arrested Tyron Henry, age 36, of Northampton, PA for simple assault, unlawful possession of a weapon (knife), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and criminal trespass. Mr. Henry was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
05/05/17 WTPD arrested Joshua Ohrin, age 25, of Pittstown, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Ohrin was processed and released with a new court date.

05/06/17 WTPD arrested Gregory Dickinson, age 44, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 05/06/17 at 12:54 AM, officers were dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident on Mine Hill Rd. in Washington Township. As a result of the accident, the officer’s investigation resulted in the driver, Mr. Dickinson’s, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .19%. Mr. Dickinson was charged with careless driving, being an unlicensed driver, driving with a suspended license, failure to produce documents, failure to maintain lanes, open container of an alcoholic beverage and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/06/17 WTPD arrested Tyler Marinelli, age 21, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of methamphetamine. On 05/06/17 at approximately 7:29 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the vehicle’s passenger, Mr. Marinelli’s arrest for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of methamphetamine. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
05/07/17 WTPD arrested Phillip Wolski, age 33 of Oxford, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/07/17 at approximately 6:28 PM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 20 block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Wolski was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/07/17 WTPD arrested James Scott Jr., age 38, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) heroin, possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/07/17 at approximately 7:26 PM, patrol responded to a report of a burglary to a residence in the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation resulted in Mr. Scott’s arrest for possession of a hypodermic needle and for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/10/17 WTPD arrested Dakota Carlos, age 19, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/10/17 at approximately 1:08 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the vehicle’s passenger, Mr. Carlos’ arrest for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

05/11/17 WTPD arrested Kristine Henry, age 47, of Easton, PA for official misconduct, a pattern of official misconduct and theft. On 05/12/17, Kristine Henry (AKA Blanchard) was arrested after an extensive investigation conducted by the WTPD Detective Bureau and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office-Major Crimes Unit. Kristine Henry (Blanchard) was charged with (1) count of Official Misconduct, (1) count of Pattern of Official Misconduct and (1) count of Theft. The above charges are based upon acts that were committed by Kristine Henry (Blanchard) between 08/25/11 and 06/28/16, while she was serving as the Washington Borough Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Borough of Washington. Specifically, during the period above, the defendant wrote numerous checks to herself from Borough accounts which she cashed totaling $97,682.00. The checks were issued and cashed without her following the proper procedures (including providing receipts and vouchers for said expenditures) and without obtaining proper authorization for said payments from the Borough’s governing body. Ms. Kristine Henry (Blanchard) was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/12/17 WTPD arrested Aaron Smith, age 37, of Bloomsbury, NJ for violation of a Superior Court order, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/12/17 at approximately 9:12 PM, patrol responded to the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough for a possible violation of a court order. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Smith was arrested for violating a court installed order and was found to be in possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

05/14/17 WTPD arrested Brandon Ferreira, age 19, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/14/17 at approximately 2:35 AM, patrol responded to a dispute inside of the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Ferreira was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
