Please be advised, the Annex 3 building of the Clayton County Courthouse, is closed due to a malfunction with the air conditioning system. The system is currently being repaired and the building is expected to reopen tomorrow for normal business operations. The following offices are located in the Annex 3 building: Tax Commissioner, Tag Office, Probate Court and Child Support.
Please Note: The main Courthouse is still open and conducting business as usual. All satellite offices for the Tag Office will remain open as well.
