Florida man arrested on reckless driving charge. 
On May 18, 2017, at 6:31 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith observed a Black 2008 Toyota minivan traveling southbound in excess of 100 mph on Interstate 69 near the Pike Gibson line. Upon stopping the vehicle Deputy Smith identified the driver as 50 year old Rey Garcia of North Miami Beach, Florida. After a brief roadside investigation Mr. Garcia was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Reckless Driving. He has since posted a $900 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
