* Winds...southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* Timing...Winds will increase this morning, with the strongest winds expected after noon. Winds will quickly diminish towards sunset.
* Impacts...drivers of high profile vehicles will need to use extra caution on north south roads.
