On May 12, 2017, at 4:17 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a man passed out in a Blue 2000 Kia passenger car inside the Maple Hill Cemetery located on Outer East Ohio near Princeton, Indiana. Upon arriving Deputy Jennifer Loesch located 26 Matthew Mize of Princeton asleep in the cemetery. While speaking with Mr. Mize Deputy Loesch observed synthetic Marijuana laying in plain view and began a roadside drug investigation. At the conclusion of her investigation Mr. Mize was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Synthetic Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.
