**Sgt. Pat Moug** has an important message for the community!

**This week a woman had her purse stolen out of her shopping cart while she was in the parking lot of a business at 7 mile and Farmington. She believed it took place as she was loading her purchases into her vehicle. She did not see anyone. Always make sure to be aware of your surroundings - report suspicious people walking or driving through parking lots to the Livonia PD 734 466-2470. If possible keep your driver's license, credit cards and currency in a small bill fold and carry it in your pocket.**.
