Investigators of the Jackson Police Department are investigating the fraudulent use of a debit card at Kroger, 41 Stonebrook Pl., and Target, 93 Stonebrook Pl. Investigators need your assistance in identifying this person.
On May 6th, surveillance video from Target captures a black female who was wearing a light blue blouse or sweater with a decorated collar and white pants conduct two transactions utilizing a victim’s stolen debit card. Each transaction exceeded $400. The debit card was inside of an elderly female’s wallet which was stolen while she shopped at Kroger.
Surveillance video also captures this female getting into a gray sedan that was parked in the rear parking lot of Target.
