05/03/17 WTPD arrested Cassandra Mohan, age 43, of Stewartsville, NJ for theft by unlawful taking. On 02/06/17, patrol responded to DeVoe’s Funeral Home, 136 W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, for a reported theft. The WTPD Detective Bureau conducted the subsequent investigation, which revealed that Ms. Mohan, a funeral home employee, had stolen approximately $12,000.00 dollars between March 2015 and October 2016. Ms. Mohan was charged with theft by unlawful taking. She was processed and released with mandatory court date.

05/03/17 WTPD arrested April Tull, age 42, of Washington, NJ for theft by unlawful taking. On 03/30/17 patrol was dispatched to a reported theft of a diamond engagement ring. The WTPD Detective Bureau conducted the subsequent investigation, which revealed that Ms. Tull, a friend of the victim, had stolen an engagement ring valued at $4000.00. The ring was recovered and returned to the victim. Ms. Tull was charged with theft by unlawful taking. She was processed and released with mandatory court date.
