A special equipped vehicle, belonging to a disabled Fremont resident, was stole Daturday. We are asking for the public's assistance to help locate the vehicle.
On May 6, 2017, sometime between 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM a van (similar to the one pictured) was stolen from the 300 block of Blake Avenue.
The owner is a disabled female and the van is equipped with special equipment including an electric ramp. In addition, the victim's electric scooter was inside of the vehicle at the time it was stolen. The loss of the vehicle is devastating to the victim and we are asking for the public's assistance to help locate it.
The vehicle is a white 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van. "Braun Ability" is displayed on the side of the vehicle and it is equipped with CA disabled license plates, DP197HM.
