ACCUSED: Marina Sviridenko, 28 year-old Female / Toms River, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On April 2nd, 2017 Detective Michael Legg along with Police Officer Dean Schoch conducted a field stop in the area of Allen Avenue. The female later identified as Marina Sviridenko was in the area to engage in prostitution. Further investigation revealed she had an active warrant for her arrest and was found to be in possession of cocaine. Sviridenko was arrested and transported to the station for processing.
Once at the station Sviridenko was charged with possession of cocaine and engaging in prostitution. She was released on a criminal summons pending a future court date and was turned over to the Tinton Falls Police Department.
