Officers and Investigators with the Jackson Police Department continue to investigate an early morning shooting that occurred at 871 Old Humboldt Rd.
On May 3rd, at approximately 1:10 a.m., officers of the Jackson Police Department responded to 871 Old Humboldt Rd. for a call of a victim suffering from a gunshot. Responding officers were able to locate a victim suffering from an apparent gunshot. This victim was transported by Emergency Medical Services to a local hospital with serious injuries.
This remains an open and active case that does not appear to be a random act of violence.
