(Harris County, TX) Harris County Sheriff’s Office Robbery investigators have arrested a husband and wife for two robberies in the Cy-Fair area.

Investigators say that 32-year-old Dezmeon Deshon Leonard and his 33-year-old wife Laresha Leonard are the suspects who entered two businesses in the Cy-Fair area and robbed them Tuesday, May 02, 2017.

Dezmeon Leonard entered the Advanced Auto store in the 10900 block of Grant Road in north west Harris County around 10:30 a.m.

He asked employees questions on how to obtain a loan.

Laresha Leonard entered the store a few minuets later and demanded the employees give them the money in the cash drawers.

The two then fled to a black late model Mercedes Benz C class sedan and drove off.

A second robbery occurred at the Lone Star Title Store at around 10:50 a.m. in the 9100 block of W F.M. 1960 and Perry Road a short distance from the previous robbery.

Again, Dezmeon Leonard entered the business inquired about a loan; Laresha Leonard entered the business and demanded employees hand over the currency in the cash drawers.

Both suspects are charged with robbery by threats and are currently being held at the Harris County Sheriff's Office Detention Center.
