Join us this Saturday, April 29th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., as we partner with the Drug Enforcement Agency for Drug Take-Back Day to allow residents to dispose of unwanted and/or expired prescription drugs. The drop-off location will be in the front parking lot of the Police Department located at 307 W Dallas Rd.

The purpose of National Take-Back Days is to provide a venue for persons to remove potentially dangerous prescription drugs, particularly controlled substances, from our nation’s medicine cabinets so they are not abused or misused by children.

This is a great opportunity for those who missed the previous events or who have subsequently accumulated unwanted, unused prescription drugs to safely dispose of them.
