4/13 – 7:31 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic disturbance, on North Jefferson Avenue. The incident was between a female and her 18 year-old daughter. There was physical contact between both parties, in which one was bit several times. Due to conflicting statements no one was arrested at the time, and the report was forwarded to the state’s attorney’s office. The state’s attorney’s office declined to issue charges, due to inconsistent statements made by the suspect, victim, and witnesses.
