On Saturday April 29, 2017 from 10a-2pm Hopewell Police Department will partner with the DEA and give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by disposing potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.
Citizens are asked to bring their expired and no longer needed medication for disposal to the Hopewell Police Department's collection site located at 300 N Main St. Hopewell, Va. 23860.
No needles or syringes will be accepted at the collection site. This service is free and anonymous with no questions asked.
