04/07/17 WTPD arrested Brandon Lubold, age 18, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/07/17 at approximately 3:35 PM, patrol observed Mr. Lubold exit a vehicle on Jackson Ave in Washington Borough to approach a group of juveniles while screaming at them challenging them to a fight. The officer’s subsequent investigation, resulted in Mr. Lubold being charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/08/17 WTPD arrested Kevin Robles-Vasques, age 22 of Sleepy Hollow, NY and Cesar Nagua-Egas, age 26, of Woodside, NY for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/08/17 at approximately 1:16 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for speeding in the 1st block of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both men being issued local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Nagua-Egas was also issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding. Both men were processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/09/17 WTPD arrested Theresa Wilson, age 50, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $3100.00 out of North Warren, Oxford, Knowlton and Cranford Townships. On 04/09/16 at approximately 3:31 PM, patrol observed Ms. Wilson, who was known to have outstanding warrants, on Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Wilson, confirmed the active warrants, and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and lodged in the WC jail.

04/09/17 WTPD arrested Orayka Alexander, age 32, of Snellville, GA for an outstanding $915.00 warrant the City of Passaic. On 04/09/16 at approximately 9:49 PM, patrol responded to a minor motor vehicle accident in the 1st block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in one of the driver’s, Ms. Alexander, arrest for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and released with a new court date.

04/09/17 WTPD arrested Melanie McDonald, age 26, of Hampton, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Ms. McDonald was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/09/17 WTPD arrested Douglas DeCastro, age 52 and Robyn Hilton, age 55, both of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/09/17 at approximately 11:53 PM, patrol responded to a noise complaint in the 20 block of Mozart Ave in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation both partied were issued summonses for maintaining a nuisance.

04/10/17 WTPD arrested Joseph Snyder, age 43, of Port Murray, NJ, Kim Plunk age 40, of Phillipsburg NJ and Rebecca Allen, age 40, of Breiningsville PA. On 04/10/17 at approximately 10:21 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 30 block of Port Colden Rd. in Washington Township for an unclear license plate. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver, Mr. Snyder, being arrested as an NCIC fugitive from justice out of the Bucks County Pa. and Warren County Sheriffs Department. Mr. Snyder was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for unclear license plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a valid driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, driving with a suspended driver’s license and operating a vehicle without motor vehicle insurance. Mr. Snyder was turned over to Warren County Sheriff’s Department. Ms. Allen, the vehicles owner, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Allen was issued motor vehicle summonses for allowing a suspended driver to operate a motor vehicle and allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle. Ms. Allen was released with a mandatory court date. Ms. Plunk was arrested and charged with theft of moveable property. Ms. Plunk was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.

04/10/17 WTPD arrested Cedric Walls, age 27, of Easton, PA for a $500.00 outstanding Washington Township. Mr. Walls was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/11/17 WTPD arrested Albert Murray, age 51, of Hackettstown, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/11/17 at approximately 5:50 AM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 40 block of Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Murray was arrested without incident and charged with a local ordinance of marinating a nuisance. He was processed released with a mandatory court date.

04/11/17 WTPD arrested Joshua Kinney, age 21, of Hackettstown, NJ for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 04/11/17 at approximately 9:13 PM, patrol was conducting a routine patrol of Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township. At that time, the officer located Mr. Kinney, who was issued a local ordinance for entering/remaining in the park after hours and released him with a mandatory court date.

04/11/17 WTPD arrested Woldentnsa Ogbazghi, age 56, of Hackettstown, NJ for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 04/11/17 at approximately 9:24 PM, patrol was conducting a routine patrol of Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township. At that time, the officer located Ms. Ogbazghi, who was issued a local ordinance for entering/remaining in the park after hours and released her with a mandatory court date

04/12/17 WTPD arrested Jennifer Bridgyham, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a $140.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 04/12/17 at approximately 5:30 PM, patrol responded to a disturbance in the 30 block of E. Stewart St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was discovered that Ms. Bridygham had an outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

04/13/17 WTPD arrested George Wion, age 22, of Trenton, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Wion was processed and released with a new court date.

04/13/17 WTPD arrested Brian Iwaniszyn, age 26, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of Hunterdon County NJ. On 04/13/17 at approximately 9:39 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle in the 300 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Iwaniszyn, arrest on the outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department’s. Mr. Iwaniszyn was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/13/17 WTPD arrested James McBurney, age 28, of Middletown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. McBurney was processed and released with a new court date.

04/14/17 WTPD arrested Cathy Hale, age 43, of Washington, NJ and Stephen Bortnyk, age 35, of Franklin Township, NJ. 04/14/17 at approximately 3:53 PM, patrol was dispatched to check the welfare of a subject at the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that both Mr. Bortnyk had a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Franklin Township and Ms. Hale had a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Independence Township. Both parties were taken into custody without incident. Mr. Bortnyk was processed and released with a new court date. Ms. Hayle was processed and turned to NJSP.

04/14/17 WTPD arrested James Morgan, age 51, of Oxford, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/14/17 at approximately 8:29 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the first block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Morgan, was charged with a local ordinance for maintain a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/14/17 WTPD arrested Justin Magitsro, age 28, of Clarks Summit, PA for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/14/17 at approximately 10:50 PM, patrol was patrol conducting a routine patrol of Warren Hills Regional High School in Washington Township. At that time, the officer located Mr. Magistro, who was on school property. He was issued a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date
