Westbound Tunnel Road, between Bridge and Vicente Roads is closed due to a large sinkhole. 
The Berkeley Department of Public Works advises the community to avoid traveling westbound on Tunnel Road until further notice. A sinkhole on Tunnel Road between Bridge Road and Vicente Road is causing significant traffic delays in the area.
There is no estimated time on when the road will be open. We will provide further updates as they become available.
