0545 Hours: Officer Khairy investigated a stolen green 1991 Honda Accord (CA License #2ZED032) on Sycamore Street near Graham Avenue.

0616 Hours: Officer Germano contacted and arrested a 30 year old Milpitas male for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 6000 block of Mowry Avenue. The suspect was issued a citation and released.

0740 Hours: Community Service Officer Verandes investigated an auto burglary on the 36400 block of Blackwood Drive. The loss is a backpack and a laptop computer.

1152 Hours: Officer Slavazza contacted and arrested a 31 year old transient male for his two outstanding warrants in the Rosemont Square parking lot, 35156 Newark Boulevard. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.

1500 Hours: Officer Allum investigated a non- injury multi vehicle auto accident on Cedar Boulevard at Thornton Avenue.

1836 Hours: Officer Cervantes accepted the Citizens Arrest of a 25 year old Oakland male for shoplifting at Macy’s, NewPark Mall. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.

2145 Hours: Officer Cervantes recovered a Subaru reported stolen out of Oakland on the 6200 block of Mockorange Court. The registered owner was notified of the recovery.

0443 Hours: Officer Geser responded to an alarm call at Marv’s House of Liquor, 36601 Newark Boulevard. The window glass to one of the front doors was found broken but entry was not made into the business.
