The message yesterday that was sent in regards to Jury Duty on May 2nd seemed to cause some confusion among some citizens. Some people were under the belief that because they received the message that they had jury duty. This is not the case. You received the message because you are signed up for messages and alerts through the Nixle system. We were simply trying to get the message out to those people who DID have jury duty on May 2nd that it had been cancelled. In the future we will try to word the information better to eliminate confusion. Thanks.
