03/20/17 WTPD arrested Laurarose Bariso, age 33, of Easton, Pa for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/20/17 at approximately 12:02 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for a view obstruction. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Bariso’s arrest for possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Bariso was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also issued a motor vehicle summons for a view obstruction. Ms. Bariso was released with a mandatory court date.

03/20/17 WTPD arrested Karen Knapp, age 56, of Liberty, NJ and Sarah Knapp, age 18, of Paramus, NJ for outstanding warrants. On 03/20/17 at approximately 3:29 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Karen Knapp, had a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Paramus Borough and her driving privileges were suspended. The officer also discovered that the vehicles’ passenger, Sarah Knapp, also had a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of North Warren Court. Both women were processed and released with mandatory court dates. Karen Knapp was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving with a suspended license and failure to exhibit a document.

03/22/17 WTPD arrested Jennifer Galindez, age 29, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

03/26/17 WTPD arrested Juan Cobar Jr., age 33, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/26/17 at approximately 11:33 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Cobar’s arrest for possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Cobar was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and driving while suspended. Mr. Cobar was released with a mandatory court date.

04/01/17 WTPD arrested Autum Dourourips-Ur, age 20, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

04/01/17 WTPD arrested Mark Wrubleski, age 54, of North Wales, Pa for obstruction of the administration of justice and driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 04/01/17 at 7:00 PM, officers were dispatched to a hit and run motor vehicle accident at Rte. 57 and Rte. 31 in Washington Borough. As officers were responding to the first motor vehicle accident, they were dispatched to a second single car motor vehicle accident in the 500 block of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation the driver, Mr. Wrubleski was arrested for (DWI). Mr. Wrubleski was charged with obstruction of the administration of justice, possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain lanes, careless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and DWI. He was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.

04/02/17 WTPD arrested Vernon Fountain Jr., age 27, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Wayne Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/02/17 WTPD arrested David Montesi, age 43, of Stroudsburg, PA for a $333.00 outstanding warrant out of Totowa Borough. On 04/02/17 at approximately 11:59 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Montesi, had a $333.00 outstanding warrant out of Totowa Borough. Mr. Montesti was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license. He was release with a mandatory court date.
