A Flood Watch remains in effect from Thursday morning through
Friday evening.

Rainfall, in combination with snowmelt, will cause rises on
river and streams and poor drainage may cause additional minor flooding. Make sure drains and culverts are clear of obstructions including snow and ice.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. Do not drive or walk through flooded roads or roads with running water over them.
