Another strong system will affect the area tomorrow. This is the third rainfall event in the last week, which has increased the risk of flooding.
A Flood Watch is in effect as 1 to 2 inches are expected. Rain is forecasted to be moderate to heavy during the late morning and afternoon hours. Some roadway flooding, along with flooding in areas of poor drainage on Thursday are likely with the heavy rain.
Thunderstorms are also possible tomorrow which could contain small to medium sized hail.
Please use caution while driving and remember, if you approach a flooded road do not take a chance. Turn around.
The ground is also very saturated due to the recent rains and with gusts up to 30 miles per hour possible there is a possibility of downed trees on power lines causing a power outage.
