Chemical Endangerment Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) An Ashville woman has been arrested in connection to chemical endangerment of a child, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Jessica Mae Law, 33, of Ashville, is charged with one count of chemical endangerment of a child, which is a felony,” Lt. Robin Grant said.
She tested positive for marijuana while pregnant.
Law is being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond. Conditions of her bond include the successful completion of a drug treatment program.
She also faces extradition to Colorado on an unrelated parole violation and arson charges.
