On March 30, 2017, the San Luis Obispo Police Department responded to a report of a theft that occurred at 563 Higuera; Cheap Thrills. The unknown suspect entered the business and stole several video games. Cheap Thrills has seen an increase in thefts over the last few weeks. The suspect picture below is responsible for the most recent theft.
