Live Scan Scheduled Changes 
The Tehachapi Police Department has recently experienced an increase for live scan requests. Additionally, we have become aware that the Tehachapi Police Department is the only local law enforcement agency currently providing this service.
In an effort to improve the service to the citizens of Tehachapi, we are increasing the hours we provide this live scan service. This will, however, be done by appointment only. Simply, call the Tehachapi Police Communications Center, and a Police Technician will happily assist you. The hours are as follows:
