Newburgh man arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia.

On March 20, 2017, at 1:46 p.m. Deputy Jason Marceaux conducted a traffic stop on a Black 2002 BMW passenger car near the intersection of Brumfield and Gibson Street in Princeton, Indiana. During a roadside investigation Deputy Marceaux conducted a search of the vehicle with the assistance of the Princeton Police Department. At the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Marceaux placed 33 year old Marcus Tinsley of Newburgh into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. At the Gibson County Jail Mr. Tinsley was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia. He remains in custody on a $450 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
