Theft of Property Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Shelby County man has been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Justin Bryant Giles, 29, of Pelham, is charged with one count of second degree theft of property, which is a felony,” investigator Brian Smith said.
Giles allegedly borrowed a tandem axel car hauler from the victim and then admitted to investigators that he sold the trailer. The car hauler has been recovered and will be returned to the rightful owner.
Giles was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,500 bond.
