evening to 6 PM EDT Tuesday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer
in effect.

* ACCUMULATIONS...Snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches.

* TIMING...Snow begins Monday evening from southwest to northeast
across the warning area and will continue through Tuesday

blowing snow, reduced visibility, and additional power
outages.

* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

* TEMPERATURES...In the lower 30s.
