02/19/17 WTPD arrested Michael Ranallo, age 27, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $193.00 warrant out of the North Warren Court. Mr. Ranallo was processed and released with a new court date.

02/24/17 WTPD arrested Carli Klocinski, age 29, of Kearny Town, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren and Morris County Sheriff’s Departments. On 02/24/17 at approximately 9:32 PM, patrol conducted a property check of the Washington Borough Park when he observed Ms. Klocinski exit a parked motor vehicle. The officer’s investigation revealed that Ms. Klocinski was a wanted person out of both the Warren and Morris County Sheriff’s Departments and she was taken into custody without incident. At that time, Ms. Klocinski was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was processed, charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/24/17 WTPD arrested Stephen Hendrix Jr., age 29, of Upper Black Eddy, PA for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/24/17 at approximately 11:51 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough for failure to dim high beams. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Hendrix’s arrest and he was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to dim high beams to an oncoming vehicle and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/25/17 WTPD arrested Rebekah Cordell, age 25, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1598.00 out of Greenwich Township and Belvidere. On 02/25/17 at approximately 1:07 PM, patrol observed Ms. Cordell on the Norfolk Southern Railroad property in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Cordell, and upon further investigation, discovered the outstanding warrants. Ms. Cordell was processed and released with a new court date.

03/01/17 WTPD arrested Jameson Frace, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a $290.00 outstanding warrant out of Hopewell Township. On 03/01/17 at approximately 10:07 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Church St. in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Frace, arrest for an outstanding warrant. Mr. Frace was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released with a new court date.

03/02/17 WTPD arrested Andre Weetman, age 20, of Sterling, VA for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/02/17 at approximately 12:29 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave. in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Weetman’s arrest for possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the maintenance of lamps, unregistered motor vehicle and possession of CDS in motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/03/17 WTPD arrested Bruce Tomb, age 56, of Washington, NJ for possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/03/17 at approximately 5:52 PM, patrol responded to a medical emergency call in the 400 block of Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. After the patient was treated, the officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Tomb’s arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Tomb was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/04/17 WTPD arrested Andrea Castles, age 49, of Washington, NJ for driving under the influence (DWI), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS). On 03/04/17 at approximately 9:25 AM, patrol responded to Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township for a report of an erratic motor vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival in the area, he located the vehicle and the subsequent investigation revealed that Ms. Castles was under the influence of a CDS. Ms. Castles was arrested without incident, processed and charged with being under the influence of (CDS), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and driving while intoxicated (DWI). She was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lanes and careless driving. Ms. Castles was released with a mandatory court date.
