UPDATE: As of approximately 9:30 PM CST 3/8/17, AT&T is reporting that the outage affecting 911 wireless calls from AT&T customers has been resolved.

AT&T wireless users may have problems calling 911 at this time due to network issues.
This seems to be widespread, not just a local issue.
AT&T is aware of the issue and is working on it.
If you experience issues calling 911, you can always reach us at (812) 385-3496 and pick option 1 for dispatch.
The attached image of the tweet from AT&T was sent out from them about 8:50 PM CST 3/8/17.
