Robbery Suspect - Vista

Investigators from the Vista Sheriff's Station want your help in finding a robbery suspect who viciously attacked his victim.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. on February 25th in the 600 block of S. Santa Fe Avenue. The victim had just finished having dinner at the nearby "Mariscos El Pacifico" Restaurant. He was walking to his parked car near "Vista Tire Pros" when he was struck from behind on the right side of his face.

The victim was knocked unconscious by the impact and suffered a swollen right cheek, bruised right eye and a cut above his right eye. He does not remember if he was punched or struck by a blunt object.

When the victim regained consciousness, he found his wallet was out of his pocket and lying on the ground. The victim then discovered about $1,200 in cash was stolen from his wallet.
