Police are looking for Missing Person Joyce Wilkes. She is a 62 year old black female. She is about 5'5" tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Joyce was last seen the afternoon of Fri., March 3, wearing a black jacket and pink sweatpants in the Northland. An area canvass was conducted with negative results.
