Berkeley Police Department has an important message for the community! At risk missing person with dementia.
The Berkeley Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating a missing person at risk: Ingrid Contreras, age 81.
Contreras is described as white, 5'7, 160lbs, and suffers from dementia.
She may be wearing a gray shirt top, a green sweater with flowery embroidery, and gray pants.
She was last seen in the 2600 block of Virginia Street in Berkeley, early this morning (3/5/17). She may be non-verbal and may not be able to identify herself.
