UPDATE - The victim's have been identified in the Death Investigation from Feb 22nd

LOCATION: Parking structure - 777 San Manuel Blvd., San Bernardino
VICTIM: Thanh Lang, Asian male, 50 years old, resident of San Gabriel
VICTIM: Nhu Ly, Asian female, 50 years old, resident of San Gabriel
SUMMARY:
Update: Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
Autopsies were conducted. Both deaths were determined to be suicides. Investigators have been unable to identify Thanh Lang and Nhu Ly’s next of kin and are seeking help from the public.

On Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at approximately 5:11 a.m., deputies from the Central Station responded to the parking structure of the San Manuel Casino following the report of two unresponsive persons located inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male and an adult female with apparent gunshot wounds; both were pronounced deceased.
Investigators from the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division, Homicide Detail, responded to the location and conducted the investigation.
