Tornado Siren Testing Today 
The Cass County Emergency Management Office will be conducting tornado siren tests on March 2nd during the late morning and early afternoon. This will include sirens in Cass County and possibly sirens in Beltrami County (Pennington and Ten Lake) and Itasca County (Ball Club and Inger). This is outside of the standard, monthly test that is conducted on the first Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm. These tests are being done to complete work on the automated siren system that Cass County and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe received in 2016.
