...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT... The Wind Advisory is now in effect until midnight EST tonight. HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* West winds, with gusts in excess of 40 mph, will persist across portions of southeastern Michigan south of the I 69 corridor through the evening hours.

* An additional increase in surface winds may occur along and behind a shift of winds to the northwest this evening. Most favorable timing for this windshift will be between 8 PM and 11 PM EDT. IMPACTS...

* Downed tree limbs and localized power outages will be possible.

* Hazardous driving conditions, especially for high profile vehicles.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LENAWEE ... LIVINGSTON ... MACOMB ... MONROE ... OAKLAND ... ST. CLAIR ... WASHTENAW ... WAYNE
