Scott Chandler, Engineer for the City of Jackson, along with Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) has authorized the temporary road closure of one-north bound lane of N. Highland Avenue, at the intersection of W. Forest Avenue, approximately 150 feet, on Thursday, March 2, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting) The road closure is for AT & T's contractor to make fiber arrangements in a manhole.
