The Jackson Police Department has resolved the issues associated with our Twitter account. The Jackson Police Department will not deactivate this current account.
It is the Jackson Police Department's continued desire to engage our community and provide relevant, up to date, and beneficial information.

On Monday February 27th, the Jackson Police Department will open a new Twitter account.
Because of efficiency issues, it is necessary that this transition occurs. It continues to be the Jackson Police Department's desire to engage our community by providing current and updated activity.
