* LOCATIONS...Northeastern Maryland, northern and central Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and central and southern New Jersey.
* VISIBILITY...Reduced to less than a quarter mile in spots.
* TIMING...The areas of dense fog will persist until mid morning.
* IMPACTS...The dense fog and reduced visibility will create hazardous driving conditions.
