Flood Warning until 03:21PM

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in California... Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County The current weather is dominated by a storm system crossing the region to our north. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to develop today, with westerly up-slope flow aiding in precipitation development. Although most of the precipitation will be light, rivers will continue to rise through the afternoon, due to the widespread rainfall coverage and amounts that occurred since yesterday. ...Flood Warning extended until this afternoon...The Flood Warning continues for The Navarro River At Navarro.

* At 2:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 23.5 feet.

* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood Stage is 23.0 feet.

* FORECAST...This river is Forecast to rise to near 26.0 FT this morning then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 FT late this morning then forecast to recede to near 10.0 FT early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet...Flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5 miles from Highway 1 is certain and the road will be closed. Motorists should use alternate routes. &&

* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
