...STRONG WINDS LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY... ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 6 PM EST MONDAY... The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Wind Advisory...which is in effect from 2 AM to 6 PM EST Monday. The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect.
* Winds...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* Timing...The strongest winds will be from around sunrise Monday until late Monday afternoon.
* Impacts...Strong winds may blow down some tree limbs and power lines. Isolated power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult at times, especially for high profile vehicles and while crossing elevated bridges.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN BERGEN ... EASTERN ESSEX ... EASTERN PASSAIC ... EASTERN UNION ... HUDSON ... WESTERN BERGEN ... WESTERN ESSEX ... WESTERN PASSAIC ... WESTERN UNION
