Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the status of the four Correction Officer indicted by the Hunterdon County Grand Jury for Official Misconduct and Sexual Assault against inmates from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Thomas Seguine, age 34, of Phillipsburg, has pled guilty to Official Misconduct and is scheduled for sentencing on April 21, 2017. The remaining officers, Jason Mays, age 43 of Hillside, Ahnwar Dixon, age 38, of East Orange and Brian Y. Ambroise, age 33, of Union were arraigned on February 3, 2017.”

Prosecutor Kearns added, “The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office will continue to vigorously pursue and prosecute those that violate the public trust.”
