* WIND...South wind 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph over the Admiralty Inlet area and southeast wind 20 to 30 mph over the Eastern strait of Juan De Fuca area. Wind becoming west 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph late in the morning. Winds should ease this evening.
* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...Port Townsend...Oak Harbor...Sequim and Port Angeles.
* TIMING...Winds will rise this morning and peak mid afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Local power outages and downed tree limbs.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ADMIRALTY INLET AREA ... EASTERN STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA
