A Seattle sewer spill has prompted a no-contact warning along the east shore of Bainbridge Island and a portion of North Kitsap. Warning signs are being posted at Fay Bainbridge Park, Blakely Harbor and other public water access points. The spill originated from a wastewater treatment plant near Seattle's Discovery Park.
