The Sheriff’s Office has received word from the Army Corp Of Engineers at Eastman Lake and Chowchilla Water District to expect increased flow of water down the Brenda Slough. With that information, The Sheriff’s Office is issuing a pre-evacuation advisory for the following areas: -The area of Hwy 152 South to Avenue 18 1/2 between Robertson Blvd and Road 16 Be aware of rising water levels and evaluate your conditions. If you feel the need to evacuate, please do so. Residents in this area should be prepared to immediately evacuate at a moment’s notice. Have personal affects packed and be ready for the evacuation order.
