February 3rd

Warrant – Carlson Blvd / Central Ave:
At 0819 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 27 year old Richmond woman on a no cite Contra Costa County Warrant. She was booked at the ECPD and then transported to Martinez Detention Facility.

Petty Theft- Yaoya-San, 10566 San Pablo Avenue:
At 2005 hours, an officer responded to a theft of a purse that occurred in the back office of the store. The suspect entered the store at 1845 hours and walked directly to the back office where he goes out of camera view. He possibly fled out the rear exit of the store. Loss was a purse containing credit cards, debit cards, and a checkbook.

The suspect was described as a Black male, 30s, thin, wearing a black jacket, light blue baseball cap with no brand.

Auto Burglary- Parking lot of Marshalls, 10794 San Pablo Avenue:
At 2044 hours, an officer responded to a report of an auto burg. The suspect smashed the vehice’s right rear window and stole a laptop. TOO: 2000-2040 hours.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery- Parking lot of 10621 San Pablo Avenue:
At 0355 hours, an officer located a stolen 1996 Nissan Maxima in the lot. He contacted the victim who picked the vehicle up at the scene.

February 4th

Robbery Arrest – 200 block Behrens St – Update:
ECPD Officers identified a 22 year old San Pablo an as the suspect in this case from 1/27/17. He was arrested by San Pablo PD on ECPD’s warrant and transported to ECPD to be interviewed. After the interview, he was booked into the jail and transported to Martinez Detention Facility.

Warrant (X2) – 10566 San Pablo Ave:
At 0628 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a 22 year old man from San Francisco on two a no cite warrants, one from San Mateo County and the second from San Francisco. He was booked at the ECPD and then transported to MDF.

Auto Burglary – 1300 block Navellier St:
Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect used an unknown tool to punch a hole in the driver’s door of the victim’s vehicle, manipulated the lock, and entered the vehicle. The interior was ransacked but no loss established.

Arson – Nations, 6060 Central Ave:
At 1632 hours, an unknown suspect started a small fire in the parking lot. ECFD fire responded and extinguished the flames before any property was damaged. The suspect appear to be associated with a silver SUV.

Stolen Vehicle Arrest- Walgreens lot, 11565 San Pablo Avenue:
At 1849 hours, an officer located an occupied stolen 1998 Nissan Maxima in the parking lot. A 49 year old Richmond male was arrested and was sent to county jail.

February 5th

Stolen Vehicle Report- 900 block of Kearney Street:
At 2203 hours, an officer reported the victim’s green 2D 1994 Honda Accord was stolen IFO the residence. TOO: between 2/4/17, 2230 hours – 2/5/17, 1130 hours.
